Banksy in the net -research project- ESO 2

Here we have the final result of the list the students proposed and rated as interesting as regards to Banksy and its graffitti universe:

       - Anna García (E2D) sent a link to Banksy's biography in Wikipedia:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Banksy
       - Ramón (E2D) found an interesting gallery in Banksy's official site:
www.banksy.co.uk/outdoors/horizontal_1.htm
       - Some more examples of Banksy's art found by Yaiza and Ainoa (E2D) and Nouri (E1A), who sent several examples of interesting galleries of images:

       - And finally, Carlos (E2B) found a very intriguing article about Banksy's identity found in a British newspaper:
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/femail/article-1034538/Graffiti-artist-Banksy-unmasked---public-schoolboy-middle-class-suburbia.html

All these websites can go together with the one the teacher proposed and has been posted all the time:

  10. Banksy – just who is he ? well the thing is no one really knows no matter what they claim, all we do know is he is from Bristol and his pieces of anti establishment graffiti art have become famous the world over.

He is most well know for his stencil work, think of all his rat designs City Rat, Gangsta Rat etc and don’t forget the banksy flower thrower t shirt.

Apparently if any of his work is ever used in exhibitions he will only allow it if he is paid one penny.

His designs are used for T shirts, and all sorts of things like mouse mats and canvas bags. The Banksy tshirts designs do look great and make for either a fun item of clothing or a real taking point.

A Quote from Banksy’s book “Copyright is for Losers” says exactly how he feels. Wall and Peace is a great book – highly interesting. But go to London and Brighton and see these amazing pieces of Art in the flesh or get shopping and get yourself a really cool Banksy T Shirts.

Well he has been at it again, new graffiti art has sprung up namely a Gorilla sporting a rather fetching pink mask. great design for a Banksy T Shirt I have to say. I also saw a great take on the iconic Shooting Panda a double shooting panda design – really clever and even though rumour has it thats not a true Banksy design its still a good one for a Banksy T Shirt. Another favourite is the Pulp Fiction, the one where the lead guys Samuel L Jackson and John Travolta are pointing bananas in place of guns
